1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MyHibo platform, you agree to comply with this Legal Framework. MyHibo is a digital operating system designed for elite curators. If you do not agree with these terms, you must cease all platform interactions immediately.

2. User Content & Intellectual Property

As a MyHibo curator, you maintain absolute authority over the content you broadcast. However, by posting content, you grant MyHibo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute said content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

  • You must possess all necessary intellectual property rights for your products.
  • You are responsible for the high-fidelity fulfillment of coaching sessions and digital deliverables.
  • You must maintain professional integrity in all audience interactions.

3. Financial Synchronization & Fees

All transactions broadcast through the MyHibo infrastructure are subject to our processing fees. Payouts are authoritatively synchronized according to the schedule defined in your Creator Dashboard. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' notice.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any activity that compromises the technical integrity of the MyHibo ecosystem. This includes:

  • Unauthorized system probing or vulnerability testing.
  • Content scraping or data mining.
  • Broadcasting malicious code, viruses, or disruptive signals.
  • Impersonating other curators or platform officials.

5. Limitation of Liability

MyHibo provides the platform "as-is" without any warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of revenue or data.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyHibo operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Termination of Service

MyHibo reserves the authoritative right to suspend or terminate accounts that broadcast non-compliant signals or violate the professional standards of our ecosystem at our sole discretion.
